Section 318: Application of Part 1

This constitutional provision establishes that all subsequent rules and principles in Part 1 will universally apply to every Commission created by the Constitution and to all individuals serving on these Commissions. It essentially creates a standardized framework for how all constitutional Commissions operate rather than having to repeat the same rules for each individual Commission.
