Section 66: Freedom of movement and residence
Constitution of Zimbabwe
(1) Every Zimbabwean citizen has—
(a) the right to enter Zimbabwe;
(b) immunity from expulsion from Zimbabwe; and
(c) the right to a passport or other travel document.
(2) Every Zimbabwean citizen and everyone else who is legally in Zimbabwe has the right to—
(a) move freely within Zimbabwe;
(b) reside in any part of Zimbabwe; and
(c) leave Zimbabwe.

This section establishes two tiers of movement rights: exclusive rights for citizens (entry, non-expulsion, and travel documents) and broader rights shared by both citizens and legal residents (internal movement, choice of residence, and exit rights). These protections align with international human rights standards but notably don't address the right to return for non-citizens who legally reside in Zimbabwe, which some other constitutions include.
