Insight: Independent Commissions as Democracy's Guardians

This section establishes independent Commissions as crucial watchdogs in Zimbabwe's constitutional framework. They serve as a system of checks and balances against potential government overreach by monitoring public institutions, safeguarding citizens' rights, and ensuring democratic principles are upheld. Their mandate to remedy injustices provides a mechanism for accountability that helps prevent power concentration and promotes good governance.
