Insight: Constitutional Supremacy in Zimbabwe

This section establishes a clear hierarchy of laws in Zimbabwe, placing the Constitution at the top. It creates a powerful legal foundation that can invalidate any contradictory laws, customs, or practices. Importantly, this supremacy extends to everyone - from ordinary citizens to government officials and institutions at all levels. This principle serves as a crucial check on power and ensures that no person or entity is above constitutional authority.
